Since its inception in 2015, Blackstone Steakhouse has evolved into a very popular and profitable restaurant chain, and today there are 17 Blackstone Steakhouse restaurants in Sweden. We have succeeded in creating a concept that offers guests a complete experience while also being a rational and cost-effective operating model with very good profitability potential.
We offer a well-functioning, established, and profitable concept for a broad target audience. We who founded and run Blackstone Steakhouse have extensive experience in the restaurant industry and also a strong passion for continuous improvement and development. The Blackstone Steakhouse concept is packaged and ready with complete recipe books and menus, as well as access to professional marketing and interior design solutions from our contractual partners.
We are looking for entrepreneurs who see the potential in a good idea and have a knack for good business and profitability. We believe our franchisees need to have a strong inner drive and be prepared to invest and work hard. Naturally, one must also have a passion for good food, service, and quality.
Fredrik Sönne owns and operates three Blackstone restaurants. Two restaurants in Gothenburg and one in Kungsbacka.
Mattias Sjöö opened his first Blackstone Steakhouse in Gävle in 2018. Today, he also operates a Blackstone restaurant in Örebro.
